The free tester

The "Am I Group 3?" tester runs entirely in your web browser. The figures you type are not sent to us or stored by us.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and we never see your full card number. We receive your name, email address, billing country or address, the entity name you enter, and what you bought. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/au/privacy.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

• To deliver the files and any updates you're entitled to.
• To answer your questions, handle refunds and keep records we're required to keep, such as tax records.

We don't sell your information. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and any marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Stripe for payments, our email provider to send the files, and our website host, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses. Some of these services may store information outside Australia.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies needed for payments and fraud prevention.

Keeping and accessing your information

We keep purchase records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, then delete them. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing us. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
